The fauxtina is fine, and distinguishes it from my other pieces/Speedmasters.
It does wear smaller, which again I take as being in line with older, classic watches. Some have commented on the readability, but this hasn’t been an issue so far, although I might have to look a bit longer to discern between the minute markers. The most notable feature that surprised me is the bracelet. I love this style bracelet, but I expected it to be heavier and more robust. But in wearing it, it has been functioning solidly AND it is appropriate for the overall smaller case. I was just more accustomed to the relatively bigger bracelets like on modern Rolex eg Submariner, whereas in reality it feels similar to the older Rolex bracelets. But I got accustomed to it.
For sure try it on first, but for me it’s a piece that I’ve progressively appreciated more with wearing it.
