Sometimes there are things which could be improved.
But because life is not predictable, I would not destroy the resale value of a relatively expensive watch. As simple as that. Best, Kari

I would definitely not get it refurbished by Patek or anyone else. It is a huge risk.
It will come back worse or damaged. Of course it is your own choice.
Look at the state my watch was left in after giving it to Patek UK to refurbish some light scratches

Soft brushing is The feature
With polished surfaces. I don't like heavy brushing, it's the for RO. When I find that level of case finishing I assume the watch has been serviced by a cobbler, not by a watchmaker

Never refinish --even with the manufacture--unless absolutely necessary. My thought....
