On the rotor for an enamel worldtime, IMO this is a non-issue because I am forever staring in the front and admiring the enamel map & its contrast with the case. The back can be shut with a lid and I would not mind. LOL !

it would be the 5131P but with a leather strap so that it is lighter to wear. I love the white areas on the dial which far exceeds that on the G and R. But you know my personal favourite is still the 5575G

love for 5575 ! LOL !! BTW, my R enamel dial with icy white areas looks really “cool”. Without the white, the dial would not have the accentuation which rounds it out well.

But I still don't understand why Patek is not paying attention to this mismatch. IMO it's really evident in other watches with bigger rotors.
Yellow/Rose Color Difference Not Distressing
Certainly everyone one is entitled to their opinion and I respect your decision based on your taste. I usually like to match metals ... belt buckle, watch case, ring ... etc, but the Rose/Yellow mismatch that occurs in some Patek references has never both...
