I'm not a collector but just a watch lover, and I like certain diversity in my stable. Owning a 5110G, 5231G could be redundant (I know, not really, but kind of). Maybe 5231R could be a better complement. The only 'con' I see is that I don't like yellow gold rotors on rose gold cases, so far a 'no go' for me.

it would be the 5131P but with a leather strap so that it is lighter to wear. I love the white areas on the dial which far exceeds that on the G and R. But you know my personal favourite is still the 5575G

an interesting comparison! On the rotor for an enamel worldtime, IMO this is a non-issue because I am forever staring in the front and admiring the enamel map & its contrast with the case. The back can be shut with a lid and I would not mind. LOL !

Certainly everyone one is entitled to their opinion and I respect your decision based on your taste. I usually like to match metals ... belt buckle, watch case, ring ... etc, but the Rose/Yellow mismatch that occurs in some Patek references has never both...
