While I own 5130 and 5131, the case on 5110 fits like a glove on my sub 7" wrist. Had 5110J - sold it to fund my Resonance, but I have a feeling it will find it's way to the collection again.

Agree, the 51 series PP WT is the way to go.
Have a feeling many Patek collectors are now searching more for vintage / classic pieces, the way the Stern family kept things professional and tidy, like the 3940, etc.

To my eye, no worldtime that Patek has done since the 5110 can match it.
Both models are great,
but I personally like the 5110 a little more (ideal size and “iconic” crown guards). So I would have made the same choice as you. Best, Emmanuel

Especially after wearing larger watches for a while, the 5110 suddenly appears very small. It always takes some time to get used to the 37mm. But I tend to prefer the smaller references more and more. I'm getting old 😉
