I think, He already took it to the service, if not I will ask him to take some and send it to me.

About these things happening, I totally respect your opinion but I have to disagree with you on the minute hand being fallen off.
It is too much to handle, we are not talking about any brand here, this is PP. I am very disappointed, because I give so much credit to them.
