I'm looking into brands for my next dress watch. PP is on the short list; stories like this help me assess the brand's current status.
To the nay sayers, many great brands have suffered reversals - the only way for the improvement dynamic to play out requires vocalizing instances where the brand story falls short of the buyer's experience.
