Hi, This watch is indeed a fake. Too bad because it could have been a nice watch out of that. We know that it is a fake because it is not a Patek Philippe. It doesn't even look like any Patek Philippe. That may sound a simple answer but on such small pics... 

..sorry to correct you, but I think you're mistaken. The movement most likely is a chones copy, of a copy, of..... .-) The original design was born as Venus, as some other classical column wheel chronos was changed to cam/lever and slightly changed bridge...
