The movement most likely is a chones copy, of a copy, of..... .-)
The original design was born as Venus, as some other classical column wheel chronos was changed to cam/lever and slightly changed bridges - and than later when Venus was overtaken by Valjoux became the family 7733.
After a lot of machinery was sold to russia it was reborn as Poljot -first the the older version with column wheel the later 7733 versions as well. Today, we see them copied again by some chinese manufacturers. So, perhaps we can say it's been an original Venus design base and a todays chines incarnation....
