Annual calendar...
This seems to me to be a more useful complication than the world timer - unless you really need to keep track of the time in 3 or more timezones. Obviously this is a very subjective issue, but I find the look of world timers to be too cluttered. Others can argue the same for an annual calendar 
The lack of a seconds hand would be a drawback for me. But, of the 5110 vs 5130, I'd go with the 5110 for the more elegant hands.
Hopefully you have the opportunity to try them on the wrist before buying. Good luck in your decision, and please post some pictures when there is a happy conclusion to the search!

Patek's World Time represents everything PP stand for. It's a watch design full of history and you can find a second hand perfect example with a reasonable amount of money. Another watch which you can find with around 10k is Golden Ellipse. It's an iconic...

I think the two pieces you mentioned are fine
examples and either would be an excellent choice. You can certainly go the vintage route but I would think it best to begin with a more recent piece. There are many watches that meet you criteria and pocketbook.

Patek has made some iconic watches in the past, some of which are affordable today as most collectors has moved onto larger watches. A few that comes to my mind which is within your budget. ref : 3445 in yg or wg, automatic with 27-460 movement, classic, ...

What about a 5036?
The Case may be smaller (36mm) but it's a GREAT annual and prob could be had at the low end of your range. St the upper end you nay be able to get a 5146. If not within...just above. That is a great bang for your buck to get a complicated PP. Good luck.

Bought a Patek 3445 automatic with dates in YG 17 years ago. It is a good reliable and great looking watch. Ideal for small wrists.
