I think a men's Nautilus such as the 5711 1a in stainless steel is a good choice. If you are willing to consider a Daytona, then try the 5980 1a chrono. Also, a yellow gold vintage Nautilus such as the 3800 (35mm) often show up in auctions at a reasonable...

It is very nice indeed. For that shape I was initially thinking of Piaget Emperador or A JLC Grande Reverso. Shouldn't compare it with a Patek Philippe I know. But will explore more on all the suggestions so far.

The 5205G does sit quite high off the wrist and I wouldn't describe it as being totally discreet. Personally, I would choice either the excellent and recently discontinued 5127 Calatrava or its new replacement the 5227. Enjoy your research it can be a lot...

... But I'm afraid they seem a but oversized in your wrist, to my eyes at least. I'm certainly no expert of lady's fashion, but for a classic look the wrist should frame the watch case and the lugs a bit more discreetly. As larger watch styles have evolve... 

I agree with you. 5127 looks big on my wrist n for classic elegance I should choose a smaller calatrava. I guess the 5205 Would make a bold statement on my wrist. Both pieces are very different.
