A previous post similar to this had so many errors and mis-spellings that it raised the question about the accuracy of the situation and possibly the serial number. Keep in mind, accuracy of the situation is important as we do not want to villify an owner of a legitimate watch nor tag a legitimate watch due to inaccurate information. When I raised questions about these for clarification the original poster chastised me for bringing up such questions as if I was being insensitive for mentioning it. Another poster chimed in also against me, not fully understanding my bigger picture. This post looks credible.
We prob need to keep well known watches under a cuff or covered
Up somehow, especially gold watches, a gold Rolex may be asking for trouble these days, should be worn discretely. The issue with having something really really nice is that someone else ends up wanting it. Horrible, nonetheless.

This is known to happen in Jakarta too. I was told of stories of guys whose hands were chopped off while walking down the street. I guess the precaution is to wear long sleeves, and be more stealthy.
