I have the 5711 white dial and love it and look forward to one day adding a 5712.
Although I also really love the 5980 in Blue or White, they are both beautiful in their own way. The Blue has an amazing contrast of colors and the White I just find really cool.
I got my Nautilus on my birthday almost 2 years ago. My birthday is on the January 19th so pretty close to yours...

I love the 5711/1A too E.

I wanted one in each metal and the thinner on bracelet. So decided to have 5712a/5980r as opposed to 5712r/5980a or which I find equally nice visually. If I was to add a Nautilus it would likely be a black or white dial piece ideally with a different move...
