Hello and welcome to the forum
I always say that a person should wear a watch that suits his or her wrist. The 3919 is 33mm while the 5119 is 36mm. I would suggest you try both on to decide which you feel more comfortable with. One will definitely feel better than the other depending on your wrist diameter. In terms of metal, there is also the option of rose gold on both models but white gold is preferable if one lives in the west (in general). Then I would ask you does the visibility of the movement matter because in the 3919, the watch has a closed case back whereas the movement is visible in the 5119. The Calatrava exudes class and style be it for a man or woman so I am sure you wearing one will add a great value added to your appearance. All the best!
