Identifying this lithography

Hi all,
Came across an interesting Patek Philippe piece and wondering if anyone has seen something like this before.
It’s a hand-rendered drawing of the Calibre 240 movement, pencil and colored pencil on heavy art paper, very detailed, showing the movement face with the serial number and calibre designation visible. Authenticated with an official Patek Philippe stamp and signed, limited to 100 pieces.
It’s clearly not one of the official 13 lithograph series, the paper is different, the stamp placement is different, the technique is different.
Has anyone ever encountered something like this? Possibly connected to one of the Watch Art Grand Exhibitions or a retailer event from the early 2010s? Curious if anyone recognises the format or has seen another example surface anywhere.
Thanks

Thanks Mike and Emmanuel for the reply and information! I believe there’s a set of 13 limited edition lithographs sold at Sotheby’s. This one isn’t a similar copy and features a signature on the logo along with handwritten limited edition numbering. Also ...
