In my youth I spent a brief period as a croupier. Whilst I learnt many things that later became useful in my career (probability theory, financial risk simulation) I also learnt to never judge a man by his clothes. Dress sense often seemed inversely proportional to wealth.
For the record I drive a Jaguar most of the time, a Kia Rio the rest of the time. The Jag is wonderful. Comfortable, fast and luxurious. The Kia is a really quick turbo diesel. Light, stupendously over-powered, brakes made of wood, suspension made of cheese, frightening on bumpy roads. Great fun!

Hi All, I am just wondering , ( it might be pointless ) ... What type of car or cars would Patek owners be driving ? I am planning for a Patek ( sooner or later ) and I am driving a Ford Focus.

who spend a "fortune" on cars, then on watches. Only a few lucky ones are able to spend money for both, if they are interested. From my point of view it would be much more important which shoes you wear, while a Patek (or any other haute horlogerie brand)...

different car/shoes/watch for different situation
On a normal day, my "shoes" are addidas trainers and my car is a VW Golf Diesel. On a night out, to go with my 5170, my shoes are by Louis Vuitton or Gucci and my car was a Rosso 430 Scuderia Spider - which has now been sold, so back to Golf Diesel.
