a Roman watch have to have a Roman numeral. However, I do agree it looks off - I believe here, like in many brands that use Roman numerals, when they curve or distort the proportions it looks odd. Much prefer when left classic.
Yes, the Roman numeral was mandatory for such celebration pieces.

Because there are two models of Calatrava,
so 50 x 2 = 100 ! At least that was the idea behind the choice of two models each limited to 50 pcs. Doesnât it make sense? Best, Emmanuel

Yes, an unfortunate typo: it's 5089, of course,
