Hi,
My "holy grail" of modern Patek Philippe is undoubtedly the 5959 (in white dial)!
Best than ever, simply beautiful, the modern pendant of Duke Ellington's chrono appeal!
I love the 5970P or the 5004R, but they come no close!
The repeaters are sublime but no close either!
Maybe a Star Caliber could tempt its chance.....

There is no one but several holy grails !
It's the reason why Patek is the most prestigious brand ! Not because each model is a masterpiece which is not obviously the case but because there are several holy grails in the collection. Fr.Xavier

Regarding Lemania,
PP used it in many of their chronos. PP now has their own, in-house chrono movement, I believe it was first, in their 5960 and then in their 5980. Aloha, Bob

Lemania CH27 caliber ebauches have been used to fashion CH27-70 (5070's) , CH27-70Q (3970, 3971, 5020) and CHR27-70Q (5004). They form the Grail watcehs of Patek, which forever remain the chronos/perpetual chronos/split-second perpetual chronos. Larry
