Out of exact these: the5146
... as I do not like a 24h dial around a mp so much.
Furthermore the 5205g is a sporty watch due to its size: fairly big.
The chamfered case is quite cool but still it is a pure casual elegance watch.
The 5146, nearly in any variant, can do both: casual and dress.
My choice in both cases would be: 5146j with slate grey dial or if wg also the grey dial and the 5205g with black dial.
But again: my vote goes much more towards the 5146.

If money is not an issue,
then 5140... But out from those two, I would rather take 5205. However, 5146 is a nice basic Annual Calendar and that is around 4k cheaper than 5205. Best, Kari

...its just a better all-rounder (from suit to jeans and tees) where the 5205 works best with a suit. personally i'd go for the slate dial on brown strap which i think is the ultimate combo. good luck whatever you choose. Alan.
