I was surprised that the 5330 was based on the 240 instead of the newer 31-260. I had been expecting Patek to slowly move all of their micro-rotor equipped watches to the latest movement. After all, the center-rotor automatics models slowly get upgraded t... 

I posted this in the other thread but i think it would be more fit in this thread. I was hoping for a shaped peripheral rotor. Then people who buy for movements wont have problems with the look or the dimensions of this cubitus. I would line up for one if...

What you've been seeing is the only official picture from Patek (ad in Fortune), full release is on Thursday in Munich.

It can be undersized if put into a larger watch. For sure😁 However, it fits perfectly into early smaller calatrava’s (less common to see this). You show a Ref 5000 limited edition that I really like. or even the 36mm 3940.
