yes, it is true, but when you paying over 300K for a watch you dont want to see it too often, so to keep the value of what you paying for. besides the relation of how much you pay, and how many they have made. I personally do not think it cost this much no matter how hard it is to make one, especially when a lot of parts are from CNC.
