A lot of mecanical problems with all watches I have bought. Price which does not have any correlation whatsoever with the real quality. An arrogant manufacturer like nobody else. Slow and poor quality service.
All in all, an overvaled brand which has been able to boost the reputation through auctions.
My only "problem free" PP, a Nautilus, stopped totally last week. But okay, this was an exceptionally good Patek,,, I bought it new already two years ago so it was actually working nearly for two years. One PP was not working even one day and another one was working for some three months.
Is it "marketing manipulation" or "excellent marketing"?
Hi, I think I understand your point but Patek Philippe is also a business doing some excellent marketing (IMVHO)! Then is it manipulation, or just efficiency of the marketing mix? Cheers Dje

The best of the best!! To some extent, only a real connoisseur will know what he/she is looking at when examining a PP; similar comments could be made about RR too. Otherwise its just a SS watch that has a minute hand, hour hand, second date, and date win...

Based on your experience with PP, I'd see no more good reason for you to acquire anymore in the future. Hope you get your watches back in normal condition for you to enjoy...lucky for me, I got no PP eheheh (er, why am I laughing?)
