Haven’t spoken to you in awhile hope all is well your end. I think the rose gold case and white dial combo is a classic Patek Philippe look that has transcended time. I think a colored metal is befitting of such an important reference. I am almost always a white metal sorta guy because I prefer the understated feel of colorless metals. But in this instance, the 5970 works very well in a rose or yellow gold. The white gold version can look a bit more casual, which I’m sure we all have many watches that would fulfill such a criteria. Therefore rose gold for me, because I’m after that timeless, classic Patek look in this legendary reference.
