Thank you for the kind calming words. Its just the frustration of a defect in a brand new watch from PP. If it was an inferior brand and i had not spent an insignificant amour of money, perhaps my frustrations would be less intense. Kind Regards Jo

Hi Amaan, The ideal way would be to wind it up by hand, let it run down, then repeat that a couple of times. A new car also requires time for it to be carefully "worked in". How many of us have the patience to do that with a watch? Not many - including my... 

Not my fault, but because I had to copy, turn on "cookies", repaste and send it again.

I feel uncomfortable with "cookies" and certain self-installing "caches" on my computer. If they only came from PuristSPro, that would be fine - but the data gets passed on to other "say" organizations, regardless of the settings or filters on my browser....

you should give them a chance to find out what was going on as there are just too many different possibilities what happened or what was wrong. It is to early to blame anyone or anything, without further details. Wish you lots of patience and a positive o...
