Thanks for your views that i appreciate. Perhaps i was not clear with the defect. The Crown when extended has lateral movement that even the AD has admitted is NOT normal. I checked this against another similar piece that they had in store. So the words i used were carefully chosen to reflect my feelings at the obviously lax QC. The winder is not the issue as i do know how to use one. The watch kept good time for the short period i had it so no issue there as well. What is unacceptable is the lack of QC from a company that prides its self with being the best in the industry. Now the loss of at least 3 months on a brand new watch? Yes i am truly upset.

I feel uncomfortable with "cookies" and certain self-installing "caches" on my computer. If they only came from PuristSPro, that would be fine - but the data gets passed on to other "say" organizations, regardless of the settings or filters on my browser....
