sure, the dial I'd have to see in person.
A tell tale sign would be the minute
markers around the periphery. If they
aren't uniform, there's your answer.
But if it's been refinished there are
other signs as well.
Wait for a piece that has not been
polished and is very clean. My preference
would be white gold. But that's me.
