Yes, as I stated in my introductory words,
the case belongs to the same family as the 5327.
I've tried on this model in 2021 and wasn't fully convinced (date disc not matching the dial, not feeling very attracted to the central rotor), but I would like to try it on again someday to see if I still feel the same way.

White discs never bothered me. But I can fully understand. For the rotor, I don't think the micro rotor is more beautifull (and I owned a Chopard Luc mark iii classic), but I confess this is a very subjective statement.

And this reference should get more credit, imo. That said, I would like the date disc to match the dial (like in the black dial variant) and I find the central rotor a little less exciting than the micro rotor Chopard proposes in its own 1860 Officer mode...

The invisible hinged back is really well done.. But the case itself just doesnāt sing to me.. I think it has a very similar shape to the 5327.. I would have preferred a slightly thicker bezel.. in its current form (even at a perfect 39) looks abit big to ...
