I know Bellamy Hunt aka JCH very well...
I met him years ago during a photo workshop. He has an office near my home and I run into him quite often, particularly around lunch time ; ) I have some of his film cases (red for color / black for b&w) in both 5 and 10 roll size (35mm film), plus a couple of 120 format size. I use the 10 roll cases when I travel... He also makes JCH Street Pan 400 b&w negative film... which can also be used for IR exposures with the proper R72 filter... Bellalmy is a great guy... Casey

the thing about the x100t is that it's ISO-less or near-ISO-less so there is an incredable range during post processing... plus "A-Mode" puts you in the ball park exposure wise... I also shoot using face recognition as the default... and at 35mm equivalen...

I am a 50mm kind of guy...
so one of my concerns was dealing with a 35mm equivalent fixed lens camera... it's not been an issue. In the final analysis I ended up shooting in-camera jpgs and even then the results were such that I could crop down to get the "zoom" level that I wanted...
Another option with Fuji is to get an X-E + 27mm (41mm equiv.) pancake.
Still quite small, but now you can use other lenses when you want, too. Fuji's 14mm (21mm equiv.) is really great, for example. If you're in Japan, you should have access to a huge selection of vintage lenses in excellent condition...
I agree... Fuji X-Series has some fine offerings...
and some excellent lens options depending on the situation / requirements. For me... the 'target' for this bit of gear was a fixed lens social media solution that produced quality images in a small package. My dSLR kit is the Canon 5D II, which I am happy...

to pre order the special package of X100V but I decided not to, the plus point is the weather resistance, I stick with 100F at the mean time

The T3 has a wonderful 35mm Sonnar f/2.8 lens...
Some consider it the best of the best compacts... the downside of the camera is the expense [used] and no official repairs. Casey
x100v viewfinder...
I have the x100t, which is 2 versions old (x100f & x100v) and already the hybrid optical / electronic rangefinder style viewfinder was excellent. The x100v has a 1/2 inch viewfinder with 0.52x magnification... as well as a new (compared to the x100f) 3.69...
