guys i need you to help me dcide on...which RM should i get next
i'm currently hunting for a new RM but i'm a bit torn over these 3 candidates which i love all equaly
- RM004 (my ultimate chrono watch) and considered a grail for some long time
- RM002 what can i say about it simply beatiful BUT the only flow (to me ofcourse) is that i'm more into the RM10 size watches not the RM005 and the 002 is i think the same size as the 005 BUT this is NOT a show stopper i'm in love with this piece none the less.
- RM003 (GMT and RM10 size) simply beatiful and edgy and one of the easiest to read and set GMTs out there
all are different from each other and unfortunatly all SPEAK LOUD to me
they all make me smile and hence my delimma....
so please all of you i need your suggestions and comments on the above
lets say that this is a mini poll
interested to hear your thoughts

Interesting dilema...save up and buy one of each if I were you! I currently own an RM002 & an RM004. I love both those watches equally, and make the following observations:- Firstly I dont really think that the smaller size of the 2 is a problem...in fact...
RM004 time and time again
By: Khaleel : June 17th, 2010-08:47
My personal view is that if you appreciate RM watches then the RM004 is the most representative of RM's vision. Put simply its the perfect and purest chrono and should be next on your list (its my next RM for sure). The latest RM004 special editions (all ...

...seems like the RM004 has it by a whisker then!!....cannot quite agree with Craigs comments on the RM002 re it being bland for a tourbillon....as I wear the two and it moves about it glints, it catches the eye, personally I think its a stunning Tourbill...
I think calling the RM002
By: 219 : June 18th, 2010-02:04
'banal' is stretching the term a little too far. The RM002 (and the RM001 before it) were show stoppers when they first appeared, and it might be the case that we have become all too accustomed to the design and layout to think of it in ordinary terms. Ho...
of those choices

I'd pick the RM004. Years from now when RM004 has long been discontinued, it will be highly collectible. I agree it is one of the most significant split second chronos ever made. The Patek 5004 was a split second built on top of an existing Chrono base, b...
RM004 versus RM011
By: eric.vonschonberg : June 18th, 2010-10:02
If you're considering a RM004, here's one more thing to keep in mind. Right now, you can get one in mint condition for around the price of a RM011 new! The RM011 is really hot right now. But, it is a regular chronograph, which is a simple watch in compari...
chrono module
By: eric.vonschonberg : June 18th, 2010-23:08
I didn't realize that. So, the chrono module for the RM010 was designed from scratch? I know that the RM010's movement came from another movement from Vaucher, but with lots of work, and thought the chrono was from another movement too. Did Vaucher design...

I did worry about the movement being altered when I sent the watch in for service, but it seems they were able to adjust the existing movement so it works quite reliably right now. I think they will never be able to upgrade mine to a full V2 since the who...
