Hi Arthur, I looked at this also with my vintage Sub...

 


And found one with recent service papers, and as it was 1970, last serviced by Rolex in 2010, the seller had it tested for me.
BUT, having said, although I can be comfortable around water, I won't dive with it I think - it's not so much the risk of it flooding, as I trust the design and test result, but should it flood, how can you rescue the vintage look of the dial and hands as they would probably need to be replaced.

It's a difficult quest - perfect vintage look, versus personal lifestyle use of the watch!!
