I do a lot of lifting as well but I can’t do this with a watch on the wrist tbh .
It just doesn’t feel comfortable and also i understand that these are sports watches but i don’t their ment to be worn in a gym . More for sailing or driving or mountain climbing etc .
It’s a sport watch.
