Mirroring EinPA’s concerns as well…
There’s a reason wrist watches needed to have shock protection solutions for the balance. If you’re using machines and letting the weights crash after each rep/set or doing deadlifts/rows etc. that’s a lot of shock you’re imparting to the movement. May cause a more expensive service bill if the pivots are all screwed up and the gear train + escapement needs to be replaced or something.
It’s a sport watch.
