Much more subtle in real life
That blue only comes out if fully illuminated. Like most dials from Grand Seiko and Credor, they are inherently dynamic.
Not big on the colorway, but love the OG version of this watch.
What I'd really love to see is an openworked variant that shows off that lovely finishing...
Front of all Eichi versions looks perfect...
Just wish that the movement is 'upgraded' to 9R02 finishing. Eichi II is 10 years old this August, hopefully Eichi III is around the corner sooner than later.
Not really a flaw
But the inward angle of 9R02 (even though it is only 1) is a clear upgrade. Also believe the other extra (though not as important is the power reserve increase to 84 hours. If 9R02 is in Eichi III, would be seriously tempted to find funds for one.
Perhaps because they are cranking out 30?

For me, the idea of an interior angle is that it shows hand finishing (for now)
But this movement is clearly hand finished to a high degree.
