While several members are rightly happy with the modern re-edition - and it has been high time for Grand Seiko to look at the 45GS and make an appropriate modern hand wound movement for it, I am likewise enjoying the historical grandfather - the 4520-8000...
That it is - and one I truly like!
Especially since I have always been a fan of hi-beat movements. And hand wound ones are a tad rarer 👍🏻

Been wearing Dad's '66 Seiko Sea Lion . . .
