A normal quartz jumping seconds…
But hits the mark precisely without fail. A higher torque motor to ensure this (and to move the heavier GS hands) 👍🏻
Fortunately you have the wrist to pull it off 🦾
For all its brilliance it is a little bit on the large side 😊
That would have been my approach as well (similarly sized wrist)

Normally I'd say too bad it has a date... but who cares! That is so clean and beautiful! Credor, KS, Pressage, Seiko etc now seem to get respect but I feel they are still all underrated!

It's certainly an amazing "outside of the box" technology! Mind blowing how even after weeks of running when the second hand hits 12 my computer simultaneously changes

Bought it on a trip to Japan in 23, but I had already decided to buy the watch before going there. As a daily it is incomparable to anything else for me because of the SD movement, being able to trust your wrist watch as much as the watch on your satellit...

My only gripe with the watch are the minute markers, since they are not horizontally on the dial but between the dial and bezel on a separate angled platform they are very hard to read depending on the lighting angle. I use a lot the seconds hand in my da...
Hour markers are
beautifully done and glisten in the sun like freshly written CD backsides, I have no problem with those. The minute markers though, are difficult to see, I generally need to tilt the watch towards where the second hand points in order to see where exactly...

Yes I can imagine they do and Japanese firms are very conservative so I don’t expect a change
