I am late to get to this travelogue, Nicolas, but I enjoyed it very much. We were in Venice for a wedding anniversary 5 years ago and your shots brought back many happy memories; just a magical place. Trieste looks great too. Are you still using that Leica DLux 4? Lovely stuff and thank for putting it all together for our enjoyment.

There are so many enchanting places, just near Trieste, Andrew
If you love Venezia, there is a place called Muggia, at 10 kilometers from Trieste, a small village in the Venetian style. You can go by car, or by boat to have more fun! Yes, I'm still using ( and abusing of ) my Leica D Lux 4. Thanks for your comments, ...

Looking at your photos reminds me of James Bond. I was just watching From Russia With Love and Casino Royale recently, and Bond travels to Venice and Trieste in both films! Your photos are wonderful. It's great to experience the vacation through your eyes...
