I do the majority of PPro with a laptop. I tried the tablet route but it's just too limited for what I need to do. Even with the traveling I do, a tablet is just extra weight so I only take the laptop as it will do everything I need. If all you do is browse the 'net and check emails/fb,twitter then a tab is fine.
IMO I think the best solution will be the upcoming ultra thin laptops that I saw at CES: timeout.watchprosite.com

Was laptop, now iPad
It has been iPad since the last 3 months when Santa bought me the toy! Ming is correct that it is a bit more limited but I think the website can also be a little more tablet friendly too. For eg., it should be easier to post pics taken on the iPad. J.

Maybe if there is a large number of users who primarily use iPad for posting, the powers that be could look into whether or not there would be a way to post photos directly from the tablet (like hitting a "share" to PPro button). Cheers, Daos
