Go pick up a nice Pilot 912 fountain pen when you get a chance! Gonna go to Tokyo anytime soon? You can go to a fountain pen store there and try out which nib size you like. The Pilot 912 pen is probably the best pen in the world when you factor in pricin...

You need to get a nice pen! If not the Guggenheim you wanted, then maybe a nice pen from Graf Von Faber Castell!

The Guggenheim to me was a little heavy. Great for writing short memos and grandiose signatures. But not great for writing long letters.

This looks a handsome and interesting pen - which deserves to be inked You have caused me to look up some of their other recent pens, and I like the look of the Knights and Aztec pens too. Thanks again for your post. All the best, Jon

The Knights pen was done really well. The Damascus steel wavy steel was really nice.

Time for you to get the fountain pens out and start writing something. A scribble. A note. A letter to an old friend.

Both excellent pen manufacturers. I really like my Namiki Frog. Although admittedly, I haven't really inked it.
