Accuracy is astonishing
Actual wrist performance—I have worn the watch continuously for six days except when working out (I use a Swatch Sistem51 for sweaty stuff). 
More accurate by far than any of my mechanical watches, many of which are chronometers. Nearly as accurate as standard quartz. This makes a strong case for the full balance bridge, the free-sprung balance, the silicon hairspring, and the DIAMonSIL escape wheel and palette fork.
I think one could even navigate with this watch, at least for a up to a week. Not that anyone would, of course.
