The trapezoidal shape is certainly unusual, but it has a unique charm, especially with this curved case. In your version, the combination of the white gold case, the silver dial pattern, the rose gold hands and logo, and the burgundy leather strap is simp... 

One of the few watches on the original strap as changes are anything but simple 🤷🏻‍♂️

That you haven't felt the 7-year itch is wonderful ... On occasion, I get the 7-hour itch 😅

Fortunately, that one has been acquired several years into the hobby, when I already had a fairly good idea of what would stick 😊👍🏻

But not this dial config. For me it is by far the best
