The VC 1972 Prestige de la France - 7th anniversary ⏱️⚖️🇫🇷
Celebrating my seventh anniversary with this watch it’s interesting to explore my feelings towards it after this time. No seven year itch for sure - appreciate it very similarly to how I did the day it arrived.
It is always a tad unconventional on the wrist, the feeling of being that little bit special doesn’t go away (not a daily wear in my case). It may look a tad unconventional but wears super comfortably due to the curved case back and slim profile - it has one of the slimmest movements allowing a thin profile in spite of the case curvature.
While the case shape and golden ratio proportions are the most visible elements, the dial pattern and hands complement the whole really well even if they require a closer or second look to fully appreciate.
Looking forward to many more years with this piece 🤞🏻👍🏻
