That VC dial is not for me and the PP dial is entirely too busy for me. I’d consider a Lange 1815 38.5 mm instead. But you should get the one that evokes the most emotion in you . Good luck!

I'd probably just go for the regular VC Traditionelle...
The 5212 never appealed to me and I'm not a fan of over-use of a brand's insignia/motiff (similar to the excessive use of the Maltese Cross in the Overseas line). The VC dial motiff will not age well, IMO
Very tough choice, as, for me, each watch has its strengths and weaknesses.

And, if you buy from of an official boutique, I think that getting an allocation for the Patek wouldn’t be easy.

Same here (though personally I would probably chose another dial, but that is a matter of personal preference)
I really love the Traditionelle case and movement.
Both are great. A lot more feedback on the 5212 for you to review.
