That type of dial occurred for a short time. It would be just after 1955, but not into the 1960's. The case style, having "Automatic" on the dial, using the Maltese cross as markers, dates it to a pretty narrow range.
The crown is a non correct replacement, as are the hands. The dial has a bit of patina, but it is original.
Prices for vintage watches has been up lately, I guess due to the price of gold. I'm going to guess the hammer price would be about 5-6000 euro?

VC made a lot of odd ball dials during this era

the French and English-cased V&Cs were a bit different. Hard to judge with one photo but the lugs are a bit off and I'd be looking for the hallmarks to confirm its origin.
