especially good sounding is the tantalum with gray guilloche........ oooh-la-la. WG or platinum with blue dial sounds highly luxurious, but Blue has to be the perfect blue, or it can be altogether wrong, and it's a color that would be very hard to 'design... 

Mostel, I have no problem identifying the perfect blue/grey shade, as it's in use for an existing watch that I crave. (An AP ROC in WG introduced in 2008). The subdial asymmetry doesn't bother me as it does some, but the larger subdial is so easy to read ...

I'm fine, as is. I wore 2, 44mm watches: the IWC 3786 and the Patek 5711, iirc, is 44? Anyway, generally prefer 42, but evne more prefer 40-41. Thanks.

would be perfect for me it had a transparent caseback and in-house movement. Hopefully VC starts making them that way. Tony
