Big and beautiful
Hi Emilio
This is a good hunt to start. I have a lot of pleasure wearing the Big pilot along side my other 47mm Panerai watches. I am also a big strap fan but I must confess, contrary to other peoples opinion, I feel that the oem strap black or brown fits this watch nicely. It has enough thickness near the lugs to carry the weight while having a fine and slender finish at the buckle. So I wear it for both sporty look and a dressier look and the watch carries itself well.

I could not help to notice the relative poor shape the dial of your Longines is in. The process of printing looks like a hand-made job and 'Conquest ' is spelled rather with Q than with G. Most Conquest models between '55 and '60 had yellow- or rose-gold ...

Servicing a Rolex or Panerai isn't difficult, go to a good watchmaker and he always can help you... Neat thing about DLC coating is that it is removeble so it always can go into 'original' condition. Rgrds.P...
