In general, women prefer dependable and easily maintained things...like us simple minded men.
and in general men like complicated and sometimes finicky things (look at our facination with watches, cars, gadgets)...like the women we are with

The Citizen's Satellite Wave sync isn't as good as the Seiko's

with quartz watches is that you need to change the battery once in a while. As can be seen with my Suunto M3 for bicycle rides that is quite a challenge... I do have one other "proper" quartz watch stacked away currently. It will go to my daughter very so...

and here a few of my favorites: IWC Meca-quartz moon chronograph IWC Calendar Moon ultra-thin (and small) Rolex Oysterquartz Cazalea PS - not forgetting Grand Seiko ...

My sole player in this week's quest!
A vintage piece from the late 1970's I believe. Found it in a bag in a consignment shop with some other interesting pieces...once I seriously cleaned it all up, opened here up, dropped a new battery in, she came to life, and has kept superb time ever sinc...
