As you said, these cities are often in the same time zones (daylight savings time adjustment may sometimes separate the two). But yes, very poor choice on Zenith's part. Thanks for pointing this out. Lots of errors everywhere. JLC knowingly has errors on a dial and yet they still haven't fixed it yet.

I think that Cairo is GMT +2 and only because of daylight saving time it is in the same zone as Moscow and Qatar.
