Both are iconic nautilus with useful complication.
Comparing the two, 5740/1G is indeed has a slimmer build, yet the dial colour is not as iconic as the traditional one.
5990/1A is a bigger watch, but still acceptable in size. The complications of traveling time plus chronograph are more practical, especially during travel.

Thank you, my dear friend. It’s not thin, but still wearable on my 17.5cm wrist.
The dark colour dial also makes it looks apparently smaller.

This one has a great presence and all the Nautilus DNA. I prefer it over any gold version. Way more practical to wear…
