I don't think it will ever happen.
Every time I strap it back on, the tonneau case, the lugs, the dial, the numerals, everything feels “magical”. I mean really special.

I really love this one!

Nothing else triggers an immediate response from me apart from a reminder of this art piece. Anyway, a simple wipe with a microfiber cloth removed the oxidation layer from mine. Its all settled. Lesson learnt about using it more, and storing with desiccant. The shape, the oval chapter ring, just 2 hands, and the numeral style....just absolute class in 1936 or 2026

I have the exact same photos of the PP Museum: I guess every owner of the 5098 gravitates towards the Gondolo pieces when visiting!

Yes, last August, when I bought the grey strap from the PP Salon, I ordered this black one, which was my first idea.
When it arrived in October, I had it installed and, because changing the strap with these screwed lugs is a nightmare, it's "impossible" for me the revert to the grey one on my own. I have to wait until my next stay in Paris if I want to.
Ideally, I'd love to be able to change more often, but the only time I unstrapped the watch myself I decided I would never do it again and let the PP watchmakers do the job safely!
