What is the first reference on the left?  I want one of those!

Patek Ref 1536 from 1946,with the original silvered dial and a 12" SC movement,sweep second hand. I collect from a design perspective rather than complication. Congratulations Roni on this beautiful vintage collection. Great group shot - you must be a professional as it's very difficult to photo. And those other rare vintage Patek's, the tasteful Gilbert Albert Asymmetrics... What a collection!  I must say these watches have found a nice home. Again my sincere congratulations.

Indeed a great collection, i love the tonneau jump hour, great to see, wear it in good health.

its great to share my collection as where I live (in the middle of Africa) nobody even knows what a Patek is ! No ADs and that kind of stuff...The watch dealers are in the market selling $ 2-10 watches!

Beautiful collection of vintage Pateks...very nice!  I'm hoping you can tell me what the ref # is of the third watch from the left on the bottom of the pile is...it is a platinum or white gold jump hour with a toneau case and I'm just in awe of it.  I'd love to hear from you whenever you get a minute.  Thanks much, have a wonderful weekend!

Thanks Chris.The watch is the Patek ref 3969 which was released in 1989 to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Company.There were 450 of the RG and I think 150 made in Platinum.The watch is small compared to the current trend of large dial watches which I personally dislike and remind me of something like the pressure gauge dials one might encounter in the boiler room of the Titantic.
It is based on a 1930's Jump hour that Patek had produced which I think i recall seeing that original one in the Museum in Geneva but I also saw it in one of my Auction catalogues when that very watch had appeared for sale in the early 1990's.It is also in the regular Books on patek.
The 3969 has been coming up for sale often at auctions in the last 2 years...I'm not sure why.It is a very elegant watch in my opinion and the simple clean dial layout to me is just so classic and oozes "deco'.
I have a liking for the early Jump Hours and have or have had a few including a rare Stainless steel Rolex Prince one,a Gruen Alpina Jump hour,a Cartier one and several with no name which I would be happy to post images of but this being a Patek Forum I'm not sure if it is ok?

Unfortunately I part exchanged the rare stainless steel Jump hour a couple of years back...a big regret...it was even featured in a Rolex book.
